Presented  Saadabad Palace, C Project was a monumental multimedia performance of three stories from Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh—Zal and Rudabeh, Rostam and Esfandiar, and Rostam and Sohrab, with music, theatre, and video mapping. C Project had live music with Homayoun Shajarian and Sohrab Pournazeri also featuring by Mehdi Pakdel and Sahar Dolatshahi. C Project was performed for 30 consecutive sold-out nights, and was one of the largest multimedia theatrical events staged in Iran.

For C Project I was the technical manager, responsible for power, video, lighting, audio, and synchronisation, in a challenging context with no built-in infrastructure. Due to international sanctions, many components, tools, and systems were unavailable, requiring creative solutions. Despite the challenges the technical systems delivered high-resolution synchronisation across all media nightly.
